GUBA Award winner Mista Silva has been nominated for the MOBO Best African Act 2014.
Mista Silva won the coveted GUBA Best Emerging Music Act 2012 as an underdog, beating several talented artists. In an interview with GUBA following his win, he declared:
“I believe that God has a vision for all of us and I hope that I can find mine and achieve it. In doing so, I also hope that I can inspire others to follow their purpose and believe in themselves”
Mista Silva surely is inspiring a generation as he currently stands as the first unsigned UK Afrobeats artist, to have his music playlisted by BBC 1xtra.
Mista Silva’s hit singles ‘Now What’s Up and Green Light’ (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FXPgarJA9oo ) continues to entertain people across the world.
